WE have received word that the peaceloving The nefarious Angels of Darius were captured in the attempt to frame the peaceloving gaians of the Flubberites for probe actions against the friendly Hive. The Gaians take a dim view of this type of attempted trickery and wish to know if the Angels plan to do anything to end this state of vendetta between our nations, caused soley by their actions

Rats! The first time - EVER - that I tried to frame someone, and I got caught. And as the Angels, no less. At least I got a tech, but my other two probe teams were compromised outright. I thought the Angels were supposed to have stronger probes, not be  probe-impaired. Lousy Angels. 
Not only that, but after I probed Yang he offered me a treaty.  And after two more probe attempts, he sent me a warning but maintained the treaty.  Everything is backwards in this game. This is Bizarro SMAX. Which is confirmed by the fact that I am losing. Oh, wait, never mind. That part is normal.

Not sure what I can do. You already have all of my techs and many more. And judging by the sorry state of my treasury, you no doubt far exceed me in wealth as well. What do you have in mind?
