...is there yet a way of just placing cities and units on the map, like you could in Civ 2? Or will we have to wait for a new patch to the Editor?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I haven't been keeping up with the forums for the last few months.

Hmmm, I thought so. Shame really as the scenarios gave Civ 2 a whole new lease of life.
I don't suppose anyone has the faintest idea when/if the editor will support those functions?
