I've always been around people where that's been an understood rule.

In particular, one of my friend's younger sister was totally hot. Everyone knew it, everyone wanted her, but nobody ever made the move because they knew the rule. Incidentally she's now one of my friends and I talk to her more than her brother, but I still won't go for it. It'd ruin my trustworthy reputation.

Speaking of which, it's much tougher having to deal with the little ones. My good friends' sister and I are starting to stir a little something up on the side - she's 16 years old

I keep feigning sarcastic comments about hooking up with her when he's around. He'll kill me if he actually finds out. We played rugby together, and he was definitely the scarier of the two. Yikes!

Only really for younger sisters. Older sisters aren't generally seen as off-limits, because with younger sisters, the perception is you are taking advantage of her.
