	which patch ? Increase Your PM Length

HI, i just recently got civ3 yet again. What i wanted to know , was how many patches do i need to be up to date....?

ic a new patch just came out , do i only need this patch , or do i need the earlier ones as well?

if someone could be so kind when they answer to either provide me with a link to the patches or at the very least tell me where they are that would be appreciated...

also are there any installation worries that i should be aware of...

i am running a p2 266 but like i stated above, i played the game just fine, well the smaller maps, with no problems so the lag issues are irrelevant.

ps...mods feel free to remove this thread once i have responded and dl the necessary patches if you feeel it clogs the forums up....

Only the latest one. But if 1.21 is a piece of crap like 1.17, you'll need to go back to 1.16.

you can just use the latest patch, 1.21f, it includes the previous updates.

check out this page which tells the details and where you can get the patch.

I haven't had any problems with updating, some have I think, but a minority.

yes i had to completely uninstall / reinstall.....its working now..except i don't have the patch loaded up.....


when i got the error after puttin the patch on.i thought maybe if i put the crack to play without the cd back in the exe that it might help....haha i was wrong..couldn't even get the game to open after that...
