Give him ten days from your first e-mail then we find a replacement. Unless he is in the hospital there is no excuse. Even if your comp/connection crashes you can still use someones email. 70 turns in a year is bullshit


I suggest that from now on if we don't hear from someone within 38 hours of email we just replace them.

well my first email to him was on the 3rd of October and this is the 16th so are you saying get a replacement now ??

and 70 turns in a year is bull true but what is more concerning is the super-slow pace of the last couple of months-- unless people make more of an effort, this game could likely die

Well then I reccomend giving the existing players 48 hours to express objections to SITS replacement. If there are none than post at the end of the of the 48 hours.

And yes this game is in danger of fading away. I sure hope it doesn't as I have put alot of time into it. As I'm sure have the rest of us.

I'm in another game with SITS, and it is stalled also.

I've only played a few turns of this game, so I'm not as "attached" as those of you who have been here since the begining. Plus the faction that I took over is really at the bottom of the barrel, so to speak. The only reason I accepted this position is because it is absolutely hopeless, and I wanted to see what I could possibly manage, sort of a challenge for me any ways.

I will abide by whatever the rest of you decide.

Passwords. Hmmmmmm! That may be a difficult one. I was unable to contact the moderator (Misotu) when I needed a substitute, and I'm guessing she is the only one with the password.

I am aware that he said he could play soon in his email about 8 days ago, but, whether he is replaced or continues, I think we should recruit someone who is actually around as a mod.

If we had a mod we could find, SITS would have been replaced long ago ( I am sympathetic that he had real life issues but online gamers generally can't wait around to figure out why someone disappeared).

The bigger question is whether all the other players are still around

Very sorry for the delay and I thank those who sent messages of support. I am ready to play again but I am willing to turn the game over to my replacement if people wish. Please let me know so I don't delay this game any further....

If you are ready and willing to play then I say play-- under the circumstances any replacement should be temporary until you could return IMHO-- the turn should be with you but I will resend it

Notwithstanding SITS return, I think it would still be a good idea for us to preovide our passwords to a new CMN ( since Misotu is missing)--

Does anyone have any suggestions-- i would tend to ask someone around a lot like mongoose, smhfan but anyone who checks in here every few days would be fine
