email him at all available addreses lettting him know when you sent the turn and resending him the file
Private message him here on this forum
Check when he last played on apolyton and if neccessary visit the thread for other games he is in and see what's up
give him another 48 after your resend and then post this thread suggesting an order of action
hehe that would be my protocol....but I am tired of doing it...did for at least the first 3 quarters of the time this game has been aroung...Which I believe is approximately One Year.

seems like a lot of steps . . . my practice has been
1. resend the turn
2. post a query on the game thread to see if anyone knows where they are
3. suggest getting a replacement once they are absent unexplained for more than 10 days
as for chasing people down, I understand your feelings . . . I am in something like a dozen games and have faced this issue a lot-- My solution has been not to join any more games unless I know the players are fast
I'm in one game that we started september 8 and as we speak I have just received 2114-- so thats 14 game turns for each player in 11 days

The turn has been sent to sits for the 3rd time and I PM'ed him as well . . . I see that he posted in another game as recently as the 12th but my send to him was on the 13th. So he has been MIA for just about a week. He was a pretty steady player up until this so i would tend to give him some time.

I emailed the turn a second time with an inquiry and have received no response. Sits' profile on apolyton shows that the last time posting was in this thread on september 23.

So AFAIK the turn has been with SITS for almost 2 weeks with no notice. I know I am getting pretty sick of the constant delays in pretty much ALL my games with no explaination. That comment is not aimed at SITS for thios delay in particular ( he may have had an ongoing emergency or crisis)-- But there's no way that all the delays I see in a lot of my games are caused by unavoidable circumstances. What ever happneded to the idea of playing within 24 hours as being the NORM not the exception
