	1.21f crashes Support Apolyton or Terrorists Win

Previous versions were crash-free for me but with the new patch, I occasionally get an "illegal operation" crash. Happily, this is infrequent but usually comes at the worst possible time--like when I forget to save often enough. Otherwise, I like the patch and find the game more enjoyable. I was not having much fun with the original install, nor with the 1.16f patch. I am only interested in having fun and dominating the world--anything less is not worth the time and $$$. I too would like to see specific target selection as an option with bombardment--particularly in late game with smarter weapons. AI selection for city cites is often terrible--such as the very tip of a thin penninsula in tundra, with NO resources--also in mountains with no hope of high production rates. I would very much like to have this game adopt the terraform abilities present in Alpha Centauri!

And these Terraform abilities have been invented? Other than plains desert and grassland, I don't think there is much we can do.
