On the unit abilities screen, what does "blitz" enable? Thanks!

I suggest in general that you use the help feature in the editor because it explains most concepts. Blitz allows you to attack several times each attack costing one movement point.

So if you have a tank with two moves it could attack twice.

Does your unit have to be at full health to "blitz"? I've had several tanks sitting in a tile adjacent to a city, but they only get on attack... They do get hit in the battle.

it depends on if they retreat or not, if they retreat that uses a movement point iirc but otherwise they should be able to do two attacks in a turn

if is not the case let me know and post a save so we can see
