The idea is as many as possible per time to play, stopping where some important decisions need to be made. It can vary, in that case. At the moment we'll probably have cause for plenty of stops and starts, seeing as we may be gearing for our first WAR.

What minister is in charge of determining if and when we should try to change governments? I would think the VP would post polls on that, and if it's decided to change, all the ministers would have to work together to prepare for the change.

Got spare money?

I think that 5-8 turns per session are about right, but it would make sense to do fewer during a war. I don't think we want the civ to look *too* different each time the President sends out the new screenshots and file.

I think any of the Ministers should feel free to recommend a change in government (when it affects their Ministry), but that the President will have to judge if it is suitable for the other Ministries, too.

we are not playing strictly any time of turn per week, the president is the one who decides

From WAAAAY back in the start, one of the Foreign Minister's responsibilities was advising on change of government.
