When I clicked my favourites link to the forums, it came up like that. So I went to the main page and accessed through the forums link. Same thing.

Tried again a few minutes later and the link worked.

I use default style.

Why exactly did you add it? It doesn't seem to add any value to the site other than making it take longer to get you to a link you click on.

Markos, as the Cookie check seems to be done by php before the page is generated, would it be possible to mke the redirect using the Location header instead of the META-REFRESH when you shall get no popup. It would be faster as the page wouldn't have to load.
