2nd quest, yes. It's capital, Asuncion, is a port on La Plata, hence it is not landlocked.

Equador would have been wrong in any event because it's both an Andean nation and on the Pacific.

I've not yet found a better set of rules, but perhaps someone of you has an idea to avoid:
- Asking "Any other counry than Finland" is the most effective question, because you collect loads of "yes" ...
- On a "normal" asking, those who participate early have worse chances, because they too likely collect their number of "no"s.
