Bomb in some sort of an event hall in an Industry and Event Halls neighbourhoods in Rishon Le Zion near Tel-Aviv.

40+ Injured.
20 Dead. (unconfirmed)

4 Story building stands, but 3 bottomn floors collapsed in the inside.

Reports say that terrorist came from Gaza.

Gaza was not touched in Defensive Shield operation.

I imagine that will change in the next couple of days.

Israel is surprised that it hapenned so quick (again, assuming it is a terror act) since dozens, literally dozens of terracts were prevented using IDF incursions.

Now it's confirmed. A suicide bomber. The pool club is not sure, maybe it's an illegal casino or a wedding hall.

The ceiling collapsed and there are people trapped inside. Some were killed.

The good thing is that it's not a mega-teract like the one prevented a week ago when the Pals wanted to destroy the Azrieli towers in Tel Aviv. The highest skyscrapers in the Middle East. Israel fears that they want a "special" revenge, and not a regular teract, so there was a lot of talking about a possible "mega teract" ala 9/11.

There is a theory saying that the bomber came from Gaza. If this is true, Israel may reconquer and "clean" the city. Just like was done in Judea&Samaria during "Defensive Shield".

No. Gaza will reduce terror in the long range, not in the short one. It's fenced, so it's very hard to infiltrate to Israel so you'll see less shootings and mortar fire but not decrease in terror inside Israel.
What you have in Gaza is the leading terrorists of all organizations, the scientists who develop the Palestinian rockets and the political leaders.
