I would oppose the banning of allowing people to burn their own country's flag. It might be repugnant to some, but it is a form of protest.

As for Grrr's avatar --- thousands of homosexuals were killed in Nazi Germany. I do not understand why Grrr is using this avatar, but no matter how stupid Grrr's avatar is, I guess he is free to display the stupid avatar.

What the swastika used to be is largely irrelevent. What it is now is a bloody, hate filled representation of evil. Just like an instrument of death can be changed into a symbol of life (the cross) so can a symbol of life be transformed into a symbol of death.
