Gotta love the Aussies, always willing to stir the pot.

I have said it once and i will say it again.....i am a good player and i have beaten most of the greats. At the same time, these guys/gals (you never know with some people around here) have beaten me as well.

With elite players, civ is often more about starts/land and then hut luck. There is no skill at tipping 4 huts and getting 3 non units of the four legged variety and a nomad, while your rival tips the same amount and receives two bogus sciences, an archer, and barbs.

However that is one of the joys of civ right there.....the huts...but they often make or break the early game...and in x2 games, welll......everything is just blown out of proportion

Of course some don't have the mental stamina to overcome bad starts..they would rather just quit and start a new game.....some would even say that its not a loss ....its the games fault!

i am as too why this question has to be asked.......but i don't always understand logic from people who celebrate Christmas in the summer

The best players don't feel the need to trumpet their skills, which makes War pretty good.

I admit though I am waiting for Markus and Eyes to respond. Nice one AH.

First of all, i explained to you that i didn't expect the game to start b/c there was some debate in the forums as to exact game rules....so i decided to watch hockey...my bad, i already apologized for this.

you want to post that i am unreliable ....thats fine...

However , its obvious that this diplo game has some sort of problem(s)...i say this only b/c every week since its inception, i have been asked to sub.....

All long-running 7 player games require subs as you well know and ALL have contoversies - it's part of the fun. Some games may not finish but, you know that too... But the point is I sort out problems directly and that annoys people sometimes, sorry.
