I guess you meant adding future eras, and picking how many you wanted? Would you skip eras too though? Ancient to Industrial to Modern to Future 3 to Future 4? Leaving out Medieval, and Futures 2 and 3?

I like the future as it give something to work toward while still getting your victory (or humble defeat) at the same time. Makes it feel more like a continuing epic sort of......

With the stone age epoch I also like the idea, but the playability I find hard. Could be fun if you had the option of skipping it.

yes and no , put one era that starts at lets say 2050-2100 and then put more era's in between the ones we have allready now , ....example , between the ancient times and the middle ages , and so on , ......

I do not know about adding another era in the normal game, but in the editor yes.
I think they should slow down the anchent so it skips less years and move settlers a few techs later, I think they should also have the game go past 2050 and add more future to the modren
