It's a Swedish (written in good English) scenario called Trakoria and was apparently released in 1998. The graphics are very nice, all new, hi-res, although the gameplay is a bit off-ended. It resembles and early version of that new Moria scenario.

I've never heard of or seen it before. So I was wondering if anyone else had ever played this.

Yes, I've had it on my hard drive for a couple of years. It's a pretty good fantasy scenario. I modified some of the unit graphics for Prince of Darkness.
