Russian second UU:

KGB agent

non-combat. When fortified in a city:

Happy citizens become content
Content citizens remain content
Unhappy citizens become content
Resisting citizens die.



Korean second UU: Skirmisher (long-range spearman. Could replace pikeman if you feel spearman is too early)

I don't think Turtle Ship (Kobukson) is really a good unit for Korea. They were only used by Admiral Yi-Shun-Shin. As soon as he died, Turtle Ships were no longer used.

Chinese second UU: Crossbowman (they were using them hundreds of years before Europe)

Iroquis second UU: Brave (same stats as swordsman, no iron needed, since tomahawks are made of stone )

England: Longbowman (though, since their longbowmen where mostly welch conscripts, if they celts are in the game, might have to be something else)

America: Frontiers man (explorer with combat ability)

Trip:

I know how T-34s were offensive, but their main advantage over German Panzers was their armor, making me think a defensive bonus is more warrented.

France and Spain - there foreign legions
Rome , Italy , Comsubin , divers with mini subs in WW2
Germany , should get a naval or air unit , WW2
Greece , heavy resistance fighter
India , cheap units , no punisment for draft

since there are so many options , they should put enough units wit the game , and a whole bunch of blank spaces , so that we can fill those up ourselves , .......

maybe some nations should only get one UU , but recieve other benefits , example ; draft or so ,.....other nations should have three UU , .......

I think we should speculate freely on what kind of UU the Americans would have had if they had existed earlier.

Freedom Impi - has a bow, but grunts in the same way
Clubber - wields two clubs, replaces Warrior

i believe that the units should be seperated into two different eras, more preferably distant ones. if you play as the Aztecs, your UU may give you a bit of a jump in the early game, but soon after you have almost nothing to look foward to.

the problem with this is that many ancient civs no longer exist, so i suggest that you use their modern counterparts.
