	SNESA2: Ad Infinitum (No MOD's!) Support Apolyton, buy Call to Power 2

Premise:
The Year: 2098
Russia was beaten in the Cold war, just not as badly, it now holds free elections (though it is for the most part socialist still). It is also now closely allied with America. France, Germany and the New Italian Empire have broken with NATO and formed their own alliance. Mankind has reached for the stars, Thanks to a new HyperAcceleration Engine (Pluto in a Month), and the first Extraterrestrial human Nation has been formed from a rebellious American lunar colony. Mars colonization has begun, only to find it already inhabited by martians small lizardlike fellows, not very advanced actually. Mexico and most of the rest of Central America have joined the US to escape conquest at the hands of the Incans. Africa has banded together to try to compete in the Modern world, joining the Star Reachers who like themselves have yet to Colonise another planet. The Race is on for Asteroid capturing. The rest is for you to write....

The ship appeared from nowhere, releasing it's cargo, the sattelite found the largest asteroid, latching itself to it and inserting it's drill.

In the blink of an eye it was gone again.

"The new Station is completed sir," The Blue image above the HoloProjector said.
"Admirable work," President Jupiter replied, soon it would be loaded with IPBM's, Inter Planetary Ballistic missles, threatening the martian colonies and Earth itself.

I understand that you aren't very advanced. I want to help you. I'm landing Factories in your empire and people to teach you to use them, I will teach you of Guns, and Flight. All i ask in exchange is protection for my coming colony on the red planet.

Radio message from MI to Jupiter:
The Empire will not tolerate any further colonization. However, I way be willing to allow what would be, in essence, economic colonization. All Lunar Economic interests on Mars would be protected by the Empire.

detailed map of mars. The different states of the Empire are colored differently, and the largest is controlled directly by MI and called the Imperial Territory. Ares between the white lines are claimed by both of the neighboring states. The weird sea-greenish color is the state of Madler, and the dark green state is Phlegra. THe yellow state is Chryse and the purple state is Kuiper.

Australia is pulling together all of it's resources to land on and begin colonization of Phobos, the moon of Mars. Deimos is farther and smaller and thus holds little interest to us. Because we have a small space fleet we ask for the help of Italy to reach there quickly. And we will give them a space fleet port and a considerable amount of land on Phobos.

The ship could not venture into the cold tmperature from the home planet and also did not have the amount of power required to fight the gravitational pull of our planet. Four lives were lost. the United States of America offers to the United Lunar States that our scientits work together to allow the maximum amount of reaserch.

Australia will take along your colonists and scientists to Phobos and give you 50% of the land area. Australia also requests that they be allowed to join the Europe pact: cooperation in space programs and an earth MPP.
