This bulletin just in!

The Labyrnth has fallen to Incan forces!
While the Incan government struglles to restore order and rein in its military, the Incan Invasion Force (IIF) near Panama has executed its largest military assault yet. Short of using the Incan nuclear arsenal - thankfully not under the control of the rebel IIF - the IIF dropped the equivalent of 25 megatons of conventional munitions as well as using CHEMICAL weapons. This surprise shocked the existing defenders and drove many of them into the deep network of tunnels and caves beneath the Labrynth fortress.

Above ground, Canamerxican forces have pulled back and are laying down a swath of Advanced Napalm to burn out the chemicals and stop the dispersion of the toxins from progressing further.

Unfortunately, this left the Labrynth defenders on their own, and after a vicious assault using over half a million troops, the Incans have taken the fortress and are pushing hard. It is estimated that perhaps 4000 of the original 66000 fortress defenders are still alive and engaged in room-to-room combat with Incan forces in the Labrynth. General Carlos is expected to be amongst the survivors. However, the Incans are not wasting time on the fortress bowels, they are bypassing it and pushing towards Costa Rica and Nicaragua.

The next major fortress and military zone is in Honduras and Canamerxican forces past that zone are out in the open. While the terrain is defensible, there are perhaps a million Canamerxican troops in the area defending against 3 million Incans. Unless something extraordinary happens, it looks like the Incan rebels will conquer Coasta Rica and Nicaragua, and reach the Honduras Fortress within 6 months!

The Canamerxican navy is shelling the IIF but thick foliage and hilly terrain are making that ineffectual. Note that the IIF SAMS are progressing with the army and have so far kept any major arial assaults to a minimum. Canamerxican forces have lost 126 aircraft so far while doing little damage in return.

Canamerxican forces are planning a counter-offensive including using General Vincente's Caribbean troops to land behind the IIF advance and cut supply lines.

Anyone wishing to drop in behind the advancing rebel IIF and help us cut them off from the rest of the Incan empire would have our gratitude! (Directed primarily towards the UK and Italy and ULS as they are in the best position to help)

We are paradropping elite Special Forces into the overrun Panama "Labrynth" Fortress. The reason for this is to disable the seven nuclear weapons that exist there in the secret missile silos. On Jupiter and on Jupiters other moons Automatic defence systems were placed to prevent any ships of other nations to drop settlers. Congress and Parliament are open to diplomacy and NAP's. but we don't want to get embroiled in other people's conflicts.

We may be willing to consider a MPP, but we doubt we would be of any use to you as our space fleet's primary directive is control of orbital space over the North American continent.

However, we are sure that as our technology trades increase, our citizens may become more friendly to the idea of an MPP.

We are also interested in Martian exploration and development. With conflict dying down, the Big Five are reducing their arms investments and are looking for somewhere to put their LARGE QUANTITIES OF CASH/CAPITAL. We also feel that your government must be straining itself greatly to keep up that rate of colonization from such a tiny country when all other, more powerful nations, have been having difficulty colonizing planets at that rate.

Somewhere near Saturn
The plan had been in the works ever since Wilhelm took office. Now, it was in action.

The German space transport entered orbit around Saturn. Then, about 200 small pods deployed from the cargo bay. The pods zoomed towards the many moons of Saturn, about eight to each of the moons. As the pods gently landed on the surface of the moons, a large German flag came out of each pod. Then, the pods deployed a small rover for exploration, scientific insturments and computers, and a large, multi-purpose laser gun.

Then, to a couple of the moons, pods containing equipment for colonization came down, and then a pod containing 1,000 people came down after those.

Australian vessels have left New Sydney on the moon Phobos and have headed for the Jupiter moon Europa. Colonists from Sydney, Melbourne, Perth, and Townsville have taken off from Callmans rock on Phobos and will arrive on Europa in about a year. Australia has decided to broaden it's colonies, in response to Sweden's claim on Io, the best of Jupiter's moons. Jupiter, which has about 16 moons, is "ready to be colonized" says head of Aussie space programs Craig Li. Li, who has worked with President Hetkins about a possible Jupiter project has been working for about 7 years on this project. "It was very exhausting work, between this and a similar project on Venus" (which has just been released to the public a few days ago) "We had to get the colonists, secure transports, and do a lot of scientific probing to make sure that a dome could be erected quickly." The first capital Willkston, named for the last Prime Minister of Australia, is expected to be completed about March of next year. No comment has been released by Sweden in response to this. 2 mins after the first australian space ship entered Europas athmosphere a number of BAMSE rockets hit the vessel. It exploded in a big fireball and crashed. The same fate got to 5 other vessels before Australia had time to react. The swedish space navy scrambled and moved towards the australian fleet.
"If you do not go away we will open fire" was the message sent from the swedish-jupiter fleet.

This is an unprovoked attack on Australian Civilians not military but civilians!!! You had no claim on the other moons of Jupiter and there was no threat to your sovereignty of Io. Therefore Australia declares WAR on Sweden and calls Italy to help us out. We have been unfairly attacked without a single warning! This is unjust and unfair. A small inferior nation should NOT be attacking at all, but lately that's all inferior nations seem to be doing.

Well, Sweden, you're in for a lonnnnnggg war. The Australian space navy has been put on high alert and more than half is headed to Io to attack. No one shall be spared.

The Australian Navy is out and will be nearing the cost of Sweden shortly, about 10,000 marines have been deployed and 30,000 are being mobilized. The Australian Royal Airforce (in honour of our old king) is on carriers ready to leave Tasmania.

Nuclear weapons are in position to destroy Swedish settlements and bases. Do not push us that far, for we know the disastrous effects.

Australia looks forward to ravaging Io and killing women and children and watching the men die helplessly as we destroy their "space navy."

If other nations would like to offer assistance we would be more than happy to trade favours and will promise to aid you at a later date.

We appreciate the offer but as a LAST RESORT only. Our technical staff are trying to determine whether or not the bunker-buster tacnuke would set off the other nukes. That could leave Panama a wasteland for years. Still that is better than having seven nukes strike other parts of the world. We should note that these are ICBMs and NOT capable to travelling to the moon. Only your antarctic base would be vulnerable.

We are still hoping to resolve this some other way. We realize trying to shoot down the nukes would be very difficult, if the UK does not come through with their EMP device, so if the launch sequence is detected, we grant permission. Our Spec Ops have landed and currently in mission. Results to come soon!

We should warn you that this is a military communique and that the Continental Council is unaware of this. They would not approve of anyone, for any reason, dropping nuclear weapons on NAF soil. THe NAF military cannot guarantee we'd be able to explain this one to the public (and as a democracy it might throw us into revolution).
