The swedish commentators actually thought Sweden were gonna win, but after a while they became extatic over 4 points from Turkey or whatever. "Let´s hope we make the top 14 at least", pretty pathetic...

Denmark got 7 points - 6 of which came from non-European countries Israel and Turkey. It's amazing how Israel always, always gives Denmark some sort of symbolic Eurovision gesture, no matter how awful the song.

Btw, a news reporter said that the administration are scared of the fact that countries are voting in blocks, helping thier neighbours.

They feel that damages the credibility and fairnes of the competition. Especially with the east-european block.

They said that if this proves to be true then the western countries may secede and then the Eurovision will die.
