	Clarification on Wonder creation. Help please. Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

I've been a long time modder of Civ2, but this is my first attempt at a Civ3 mod. With the increased graphic quality of the game, it's a notable challenge. I've looked at some of the tutorials on this page, but I'm trying to be absolutely sure I have everything right. Here's what I have.

Wonder: The Human Genome Project

Added: Genome.bic >> EditRules: Improvements and Wonders, changed SETI program to Human Genome Project

Text files changes: civilopedia.txt and pediaicons.txt

Graphic files changed:

Buildings-large.pcx in .../art/city screen
Buildings-small.pcx

Genome.pcx in .../art/wondersplash

Genomesmall.pcx in art/civilopedia/icons/buildings
Genomelarge.pcx

Won-Genome-G.pcx in art/city view/buildings
Won-Genome-D.pcx
Won-Genome-P.pcx
Won-Genome-T.pcx

First off, am I missing something? Is there another file I have to change?

Secondly, can I run this only off of a mod folder, and not in my main folders? For Example:

...\civilization 3\mod\genome

instead of

...\civilization 3\art\civilopedia\icons\buildings
