Exactly H Tower. Vote with your wallet, and with your recommendations to friends and family, etc.

However, hanging around a topical forum hurling personal insults at the producers of a product is going to accomplish squat. The people who offer criticism and advice to the designers in a civil and reasonable manner stand a chance of having an influence on the development of the product, assuming it is still being worked on. People who offer nothing of value other than noise will have their contribution measured as 0.

in most countries one can get a refund within a seven day period , .......

however why would that be needed , such a great game , so what if its 20 - 30 - 40 bucks , one looses so much money true other way's , ....at least one has some fun with the cd-rom , and if you really dont like it , you can always sell it on some site , ....

Sad but true. Nothing you do can change anyting. What's the meaning of democracy?

However it does not stop me from presenting the facts that a post on a hardcore fansite has no effect on the opinion of the game, but a statement by a well-known computer magazine has (As it is read by people without predefined opinions).
