Agreed. I can scan a thread much faster with sigs off. the short ones don't bug me as bad as the long ones, but I don't miss much. Every now and than, someone refers to a link in their sig and if I need that, I just turn sigs on for a minute to look at that one link. Otherwise, I really don't need even the short sigs. I mean, heck, I know who's posting.

Long sigs are a nuisance, I agree. The ideal sig is one line, maybe two. It´s a sig after all not a friggin´novel...

Yours is four lines long. So obviously you cannot complain if others are as long.

It would still be a valid reason to turn sigs off though.
