Sorry for the third post in a row, but one OOC post:
I suggest that we regulate the numbers for each level, like in Das's NESs and Jason the King's.
I suggest:
Huge army: 10,000,000 men 1,000,000 tanks
Large army: 7,500,000 men 750,000 tanks
Medium army: 5,000,000 men 500,000 tanks
Small army: 2,500,000 men 250,000 tanks
Huge air force: 2000 fighters, 1000 bombers
Large air force: 1500 fighters, 750 bombers
Medium air force: 1000 fighters, 500 bombers
Small air force: 500 fighters, 250 bombers
Huge navy: 20 carriers, 40 battleships, 80 destroyers, 160 frigates, 100 submarines
Large navy: 15 carriers, 30 battleships, 60 destroyers, 120 frigates, 75 submarines
Medium navy: 10 carriers, 20 battleships, 40 destroyers, 80 frigates, 50 submarines
Small navy: 5 carriers, 10 battleships, 20 destroyers, 40 frigates, 25 submarines
Many nukes=100
Significant nukes=75
Some nukes=50
Few nukes=25
What does everyone think? I hope this is agreeable!

To Israel:
1) I am neutral
2) I am currently at peace with everyone, unless India has anything to say about it... (The troops in Russia are hush, hush. No one knows.*wink**wink*)
3)Research:
Uranium tipped bullets= 3 months/days (Improves effectiveness of tanks)
High quality winter wear = 2 months/days (Improves effectiveness of Alpine troops)
long range rifle scope= 5 months/days (Improves effectiveness of all Infantry)
laser light= 5 months/days (Improves effectiveness of Snipers/Spies)
New "skirts" for the hovercraft= 5 months/days (Improves effectiveness of Hovercraft)
better skis= 3 months/days (Improves efectivenes of Apline Troops)
4) I have set aside a room for you at my Palace, just in case you ever feel like visiting.
To India: Your people are still starving, sheesh. why don't you try importing grains from the US or somewhere. ((My humanitarian effort of the day))
**Secret troop movement**
*invisible to you, only stating it so when they do something you won't be like "Huh? thats not real enough how did your units get there!!"*
2 Swiss spies take a train to Istanbul get off, rent some camels, cross the desert (undetected of course), Show up on Palace steps in China.
ETA 1 month/day
Swiss Spies To Chinese Leader: "Anything we can do for you, courtesy of Switzerland? Oh yeah, you never saw us okay
OOC: I can agree with that, geeze I have a teeny army.

I've added tanks to the balance(I've edited the post above)
Anyway, Britain sends 1 million tonnes of grain to India, as we have no wish to see ex-Empire people starve(although we'd like to have them back in the Empire ). Despite India's ruler's rudeness, it is not his people's fault.
To Swiss
From Churchill
How would you like the plans to the new Challenger II, in return for the plans to your hovercraft?
To Israel
From Churchill
How about Britain sends you our research into supersonic aircraft? We are about to conduct secret trials involving our first supersonic fighter, and in a month, bomber, as we have been beavering away quietly at this for months. Our research could speed yours up by months! In return we ask not for your Vulcan machine gun tanks, but just the machine gun itself. These are very interesting to us[OOC- what's so special about them?!].
Also, we will send you the plans for the Challenger II, and 250 examples, if you will send us the plans for your Mammoth tank once it is finished.

To Churchill: I'll take that bargin! BTW I intercepeted a communication to Israel about supersonic jet fighters, I would like a peice of the pie too. I can lend you some of my best scientists from my alloys lab, they can help you with fabricating a skin that can withstand such stress and a frame light enough yet strong enough to improve performance. We can even arm it with the Uranium tipped bullets. I've been meaning top replace my old aircraft anyway. deal?
P.s. I need to ask Germany if thats okay first
To Israel: Read the attatched transcripts, if you two work out a deal then we can all help each other. If you decide to say no to them I will help you instead.
To Germany: Read above transcripts; is it okay?
((OOC: If it seems like I have too many scientists just say stop, but I think it's realistic enough considering it's my only true weapon being as small as I am))

Diplomatic Affairs / Transmissions
To Britain: I am sorry, but I will have to declene your offer of the Supersonic Aircraft. Ours should be done soon anyway. Also as much as I would like to get the Challenger II tanks I must refuse giving away any part of the Mammoth Tanks. Please do not take these refusels the wrong way. Israel has great respect for Britain[ It's thanks to you mostly that we have our nation anyway] However I have prepared a different agreement:
You Get: The Vulcan Machine gun
New High explosive SAM
I get: 250 prototypes to the Challenger II
The tools your workers are using[ As far as I've seen they are the best in the world]
If you would like to alter the deal please let me know.

To Churchill: erm.. sorry about the over enthusiastic letter I sent you, but it would appear as though my main trading partner doesn't agree with your deal which means I too must regretfully decline. I'll still swap the Hovercraft for the Challenger II blue prints.
To Israel: If I were to send you scientists to help with your research on the supersonic jet fighters would you be willing to lend us some blue prints when it's done. or at least consider selling a few hundred to us?
To Germnay: Ignore last message.
((OOC: I think we should keep all vehicle names real, that way it's easier to compare. for the vehicles already created I understand it's too late for that.))

That deal is very fair, Israel.
Work begins to combine hovercraft with the new vulcan machine guns(btw, what is good about them? I haven't been able to find out about in on the thread!). The new SAMs are installed in every British city.
Britain will happily trade you the Challenger IIs, and send the plans and some materials to build factories of your own that mirror ours(Britain has very up to date factories, using the latest computers which have a whopping 16Mb of RAM (remember it's 74 ) !)
The factories are the secret to British success, as are our brilliant naval yards.
Switzerland, British research into supersonic planes is almost complete, and we welcome you joining us to improve them. We are currently making an aluminium supersonic fighter, equipped with Sidewinder and Sparrow short and medium range air to air missiles, and a machine gun in the nose. We would welcome uranium bullets in the gun to improve it's power, and hope you will join us in the research of the Phoenix long range air to air missile, which will have a range of 100 miles!(this is true). This fighter will be called the F-14 on carriers, and F-15 on land.
Also, we are building a new supersonic, aluminium bomber known as the B-52. It will be able to carry cruise missiles, yet another missile we are researching. It also can carry a huge bomb payload. We would like the uranium bullets, and hopefully an explosive bullet(if you can make one) to man the machine guns that will be included in it to ward off fighters.
British research:
Sidewinder missile[complete]
Sparrow missile[complete]
F-14[1 month/1 day]
F-15[1 month/1 day]
B-52[1 month/1 day]
Phoenix missile[2 months/2 days]
Cruise missile(Tomahawk)[2 months/2 days]
Chaning subs to take Tomahawks[1 month/1 day]

To Israel: agreed, I'll take the fighter as I don't have much use for a bomber at this point. (What's the unit designation?)
To Germany: I'll talk later
**CODED MESSAGE**
To Britain: We'll gladely join you to work on your fighter. one clause though, we must give Germany 1/3 of all planes produced if the deal is to move along. We will certainly let you use our Uranium tipped bullets. no need for the bomber though, unless you want to give me the blueprints for that as a bonus. (Oh yeah keep this classified)

((That's what I meant, replace lol, it's just when you refer to the army as a whole, you just say upgrade it with such and such a tech, at least I do lol))
To Swiss
We accept the deal. You help us with fighters and bombers, and in return, a third go to Germany, a third to you, and a third to me. In return you will also give me uranium bullets and research an explosive bullet.
To Germany
We are not planning anything, but we have an Empire and it must be defended, by us keeping up with the rest of the world, and being a world leader due to peace(so that others may follow our example and live peacefully).
Trust me, if Britain goes to war, it will most likely be against your enemies, as many seem to have been insulting us(India, and Russia by stealing secrets).
