Has anyone tried tweaking the way that global warming affects terrain? More specifically, how it impacts rivers. I find myself annoyed when the first global warming bout turns what were once nice, logical rivers, flowing from highlands to the sea into twisty little serpents that have no real beginning nor end. I've looked over gw.txt, and there doesn't seem to be anything there concerning rivers.
Also, does anyone know if it's possible to make rivers a terraforming option?
Thanx,

What about man made canals, are these not rivers man has built?

Actually there is a canal bit in the map code. Originally I thought it could be used for river terraforming but when you set it, land units are able to walk on water. It doesn't do anything else. Gotta love all the stuff CtP has under its hood and how it is put together.
