I wish to play a game where the AI does not build special units (excepting maybe diplomats or spies) because I hate them!
I know that you have to edit some Aip files or something like that.
Could someone please explain this to me as clear as possible?
Also, I would like to retart the tech development. I would appreciate help to this also.

Do you know how to edit the diplomacy so as to make it a little bit more friendlier?

When you start a game you can choose through the different option menus to disable certain units, wonders etc. This would be the easiest way.
