could someone tell me where to get the 1.16 and 1.17 patches, I've been looking all over and can't find them.

so far I found 1.16
I've seen a bunch of foreign sites that say something about 1.17 but I don't know how to download it or even figure out where to find it on the site.

ok, I'm giving up on 1.17 for now.
I'll play a little CS and go to the gym or something, when I get back I'll check here to see if anybody knows where to find it.

by chance I just decided to go to one of those foreign links, lucky for me I ran across a link on the page that had the name of the patch so I downloaded it.
I'll never tell anyone how I got both of those patches because I'm gonna make sure someone suffers like me!
