To all civilizations:

Greetings fellow citizens of the earth,

due to recent party elections a new parlement and prime minister have been elected in the Assyrian Empire. Let me introduce myself, I am Murlock Darkheart, prime minister of the Assyrian Empire.

It is my duty to inform you on our current policy regarding the current state of war between the nations of the Arthibus-pact and those of the SEATO-pact. Our current position is to end all hostilities between our great nations as soon as possible.

We have brought the world to the brink of disaster and if we don't start cleaning pollution up as soon as possible we will be responsible for the deaths of millions of citizens from ALL civilizations of this world.

However strong our wish for peace is, the wish of our people to defend their families who have moved to and lived in former Mongol cities for years now is much stronger even. Therefore, if because of this our peace offer is rejected by the nations of the SEATO-pact we at least suggest a temporary cease fire to clean up the pollution we have caused, to safe us all from disaster. We employ the EU (French), who have remained neutral through all this, to speak on this behalf. Let's safe this world, only a combined effort will succeed, this might be our last chance.

The nations of the SEATO-pact must understand that this offer is a huge concession on behalf of the Assyrian Empire since a number of Mongol cities are about to fall and the Mongol Empire is on the brink of total defeat.

Naturally, until we get a reply the war will be fought with the utmost efficiency, meaning, we will take cities and we will use nukes to eradicate any threat to our nation.
