after several tries, i got another banner from the same company. it's a health products store selling among other things the specific product. so:

1) it's not a porn ad
2) we dont have direct control on each specific pop-up
3) we dont consider the specific banner as a problem enough to stop using the current provider(something that we have done in the past)
4) if you a problem with a banner, you are free to complain about it here or via mail
5) this doesnt seem to be the case, so
