I'm new and looking for a game Support Apolyton, buy Civilization 2

Hi@all!

I'm new to apolyton and want to set up a game of SMACX. I'm not sure about the rules yet partly because I don't know what the apolyton tournament rules look like. I hope you can help me with that. I'm looking forward to see your postings.
