I'm a little tardy at the moment. I managed to get an addition before a month had passed, and I located my notebook (that had all vital stuff about this project) so I can restart writing. I have a feeling that I will write a de-BAC'ed version of this in the future.

Heritage returns!

I've been giving human-computer interface some thought recently, and concluded that the Cybernetic Consciousness is a complete myth, that the human must always dominate the computer. Too bad that isn't considered to make good fiction.

An announcement.
I have currently seven writing projects ongoing; Heritage, BAC, the Garland-fic discussed in a thread (I've written some of it), a fantasy cyberpunk sorta short story (prolly will write it in Finnish and English), a UNN article at the SMAC DG and two school projects. Three of these will be finished within a week, hopefully.

Anyways...
I have decided to rewrite Heritage.

I will proceed to edit out the current posts, and rewrite the story from scratch. I ran on a dead end, but I still hold this idea close and wish to complete and continue on it. From now on, I have decided to publish ficworks only after they have been completely finished (exempting BAC, of course ).
So, the next time I bump the Heritage story thread, I will have edited in a reformed sotry to the first two posts, and will add as much posts as needed (damn character restriction).
This might take a few weeks, a few months, or, God knows, very long time. But, I have hope it'll be finished some day.

Alinestra Covelia's Joe took 2 years, and Raging Mouse's Wizard of Chiron is almost that and still ongoing, so anything is possible.
