i'm just curious mark ming or whatever, why don;t you allow HTML in sigs? is it the [br] that u're afraid of?

I find images in sigs to be tacky, annoying, and obtrusive, and I'm glad it is the way it currently is. Note that I don't have anything against large fonts...

On the other hand, they could just allow certain tags (perhaps by request so that Markos doesn't need to go through the complete list and pick the ones he needs at once) and disallow everything that isn't in the list of allowed tags.

Since when has the QUOTE-tag been available for a signature? I saw Yin having a quote with the QUOTE tag in his sig... has it been in use all the time but he's just the first one I have seen using it?

UberKrux- some people have smilies in their sigs

Dominikos for example

So some people can use images

But I think they dont allow other images because they would increase page loading times... and they would increase them by a lot.
