	The Culture Party (a political party not affiliated with the Culture Club) Got spare money?

I'm starting a new party, The Culture Party.

The agenda and beliefs of the culture party include these:

• Our main goal is to increase culture in our empire.
  
• We also support scientific improvement, especially research leading towards new culture-producing buildings and wonders.
  
• We do not support things that make us lose culture, such as war-time economy.
  
• We don't support abandoning cities.
  
• We also don't support things that cause less research to get made.
  
• We usually don't like to go to war, unless we are attacked first or it is important to our Empire's needs.
  
• We love building culture-producing buildings and wonders!
  
• We try to build up our culture so much that our borders expand and enemy cities culture-flip to us, accomplishing the same thing as war: getting enemy territory.

in the long run, what would your position be on mobilizing, even if it meant sacrificing pecious temple building time in new acquisitions of the war we are mobilizing for?

Well, although we don't recommend mobilizing the economy, we are not totally against it, either, as we realize that having culture is no good if you can't defend it. So, we probably would support it, even if it did mean sacrificing temple build-time, but we would be in favor of limited mobilization usage only. In such a scenario, perhaps the older, already culturally-devolped and higher production cities could build most of the units, letting the new cities build their temples, then some units.

it's a pity i cant act as city planner for conquered cities.

I'm with the Culture Party !
They have a lot in common with The Thinkers Guild, I suspect?
(but that's a movement, not a party)

At STOP, We used to think we were Revolutionary,
but to paraphrase an old saying, "if a revolution occurs in the woods with no one around, does it make a sound...."

Also, given the Culture Party and the Thinkers Guild, STOP appears to be Progressive or Liberal and not Revolutionary.

Anyway, perhaps the three movements/parties/groups/affiliations can come up with a way to merge/unify/work together.

Otherwise STOP, may succumb to external forces beyond their control .
