Open Letter to the Apolytonian Daily Times Increase Your PM Length

Dear Mr. Hazard:

I appreciate your recent running of our advertisement and also mentioning our group, STOP, in your paper. I also appreciate recent correspondence from you regarding STOP and our hats, as well as the lovely photos of Ms. Klum, you have no idea how valuable it is to me right now.

But, I am writing to advise you that STOP is no more, and I, the sole remaining member alive. Recent events that I can not go into (no one would believe me), have forced me to leave our previous headquarters and head north into the Great Jungle, with only a backpack full of supplies, including the aforementioned Ms. Klum, and one box of hats. Ironically, I said STOP would not go quietly into the night, but in fact we did just that sneaking out while the Imperial Guard under the direction of members of the AAACW3, hunted us like dogs. I made it clear though my partners were not so lucky and have had an enlightenment of a kind.

I have been lucky enough to have befriended a group of monkeys, one of which you have met when he delivered this message, and they have showed me many things...the most amazing of which, I hope Mr. Tassadar5000 and Mr. Spiffor, hear this...is that banana vampire bats are the most delicious things to eat. The monkeys thrive on them, and I always thought they ate the bananas, in fact the monkeys hate the bananas and prefer the bats and flies.

I am also surprised at how many people are out here, you will probably hear further when our warrior group reports back, I have had several near misses with them.

I also saw Dr. Plaguerat. Its funny to see how a man moves through the jungle without knowing whats around him, only looking ahead to where he intends to go. I will watch out for him to make sure he is safe. I do consider him a friend.

I have found ways from the monkeys on how to keep hidden, they have come in handy. Not only the close call with the warriors and the good doctor, but also, the unfamiliar tribes that inhabit the area, and a group of settlers (they looked familiar, one I believe was your correspondent, Chandragupta). They seem to be doing well.

The time out here has made me realize some things. The various political factions that exist in our Civilization are difficult to discern amongst. The Imperialists and AAACW3 talk of conquest and a strong military and then when confronted about flaws in that plan, they say well not always sometimes we do something else. Then the Industrialists and Culture Party talk in a similar fashion, deemphasizing the military, but backing off when confronted. STOP's own philosophy was muddled in such away, so I have no ill-feeling towards the parties I have mentioned, it is easy to get caught up in all of it. In fact, I have great respect for many, such as the aforementioned Mssrs. Tassadar5000 and Spiffor, Mr. Timeline, Mr. Jonny, Mr. Trip, and so on. What helped me see this was to look at the example of Mr. civman2000, he has bounced back and forth between the parties, can he really tell the difference or is he easily brainwashed to the whim of the moment? But I have no ill-feeling towards him either, I do not hold a grudge at losing to him in the recent Finance Minister election. The clean air and jungle heat have helped free my mind to see the probelms of politics, and I am glad to be rid of it.

Since so much debate has transpired over it, I must pass on that I see now that a military is needed to defend the essence of the culture of our civilization...so that we as a people are free to learn and study this great planet of ours and recognize that there is great benefit to working even with the darkest of jungles or the darkest of civilizations to develop ourselves best. The more we learn and advance our mindset, the better we can arm our military with state of the art equipment, the better we can learn more, the better we can work with the earth around us to harness its greatness and make ourselves a better society, the better everything. The better equipped the military is, the less in number, we need, freeing more citizens to work towards enlightenment. But, the military is needed to keep the wolves at bay, but not to hunt down the wolf to shoot it in its tracks, for even the wolf has something for us to learn.

As I said, we must learn from the wolves, other cultures and civilizations out there, trading secrets of the world with them whenever possible and ever moving forward to expand ourselves, our culture, our civilization, our world.

I also have laughed out loud, with the monkeys looking at me like I am crazy, at the job Mr. Trip has. So much infighting and disagreement, when there is nothing yet to disagree or fight over. But such is life in politics and in the village, something that the monkeys would most assuredly find even more crazy than my bursts of laughter.

Well, I must go back, it is almost dinner time. But please tell the people that the jungle is not to be feared, it may be the thing that saves us. And please feel free to correspond back.

Oh, and please send back some silverware with my monkey friend, after all I am still a civilized man.

I remain,

jdjdjd

I dont bounce back in forth. I changed once because my old party was drifting away from what i believed in and TImeline was making a new party that stood for almost exactly what i believe in

Dear jdjdjd

We greatly appreciate your letter, and are saddened that your party is no more. I would advise other parties to absorb some of your platforms especially the excellent hats.

We are glad that you you liked the pictures of ms. Klum. I would also add that should you want any other items of civilization, we would be glad to provide them in exchange for further content, considering this is the best stuff we've had in months. We have also sent some of best eating utensils carved from the bones of whales or are they shells, I'm really not sure, hopefully they serve you well when devouring the bugs and bats of the jungle.

Sincerely Yours
Editor Moral Hazard.
