One of my cities has had it's production shut down. There's a message that says "production halted in due to legal action" or some such. There's a little animation on the city of paper swirling around and the icon on the left is of a hand handing someone a piece of paper. Any help? Please.

You can't expel a lawyer with a Military unit, you have to use another lawyer and sue his ass. Then he doesn't bother you no more. I *think* it costs about 500 gold.
I'm at the recieving end of one these jokers right now in one of my PBEM games.
