Fez, its time you accepted that the US is probably the most hated country in the world, and with good reason. The US is selfish, self centred, greedy and imperialist. These are NOT qualities I would attribute to a democratic society.

The New Right seems dead in the water over here - it seems most citizens under 30 or 40 are pro-liberal society - racism and homophobia seem to be things the majority of the public don't want to relate to.

Now we just have to kill off the New Right in the US... (unfortunately the religious right seems waaaay to strong at the moment).
