, the base could be the same , just write "citizen" , either with or without , and in the middle , well there could be a sign , or something like "and proud of it" , or a banana ( ) , or just a special beautiful icon , ....

no no don't worry, I was aware there are a people who wouldn't use them. It's absolutely no problem

but it IS STILL CONFUSING, quite frankly, the ministers are just another citizen to me and so when they post things, I don't think twice about what they're saying.

The ironic thing is that, whilst you created the avatars for the Ministers, it's the ordinary citizens (like me and probably skywalker) who would use them given the chance!

To the Ministers: So, why don't you use them? Do you enjoy your own avatars too much? Personally I outgrew my old one when I became "King" (it no longer really works for me - King Vegeta) and still can't think of a perfect new one.
