	metal gear solid Help yourself to an AD-FREE life

Ok sorry im more of a confrontational like person. Am I missing somthing here? I mean the whole game is about hiding..... the whole damn thing. Whats the point? There must be a gajillion levels!

Not to mention there must be hours of BORRRRRRING conversations between his girlfriend. I only played for 3 hours, but im sick of it already.

No, the game is about what you do when the pulse-pounding Alerts start, and there are crazy chases to a hiding spot while tossing a shot back every once in awhile. The game is about finding all sorts of little easter eggs put every where. The game is about trying new and random things. The game is about tranqing a soldier in the head, and when his buddy comes to kick him, tranqing him too just as he kicks- so the person wakes up to see the person who kicked him falling down asleep. And get to spend 1 second thinking "oh crap" before I get him again too.

I assume you're talking about 2, since you mentioned the yakking with the girlfriend. I like it, myself, my main complaint is not enough of the sneaky stuff you seem to dislike. The endgame is a bit more confrontational, if that's what you're looking for.

The talking with his girlfriend is boring, but just skip it ... keep pressing X, X, X, X, X, X while they're talking.

And no, the game isn't all about hiding ... it's about getting caught, running, shooting, hiding ... and trying weird stuff, like Snowfire said ... distract the guards with pornography, that's a good one.

I enjoy the game (if you mean #2, the first one was lame IMHO), but I haven't played it since I got Final Fantasy 10.

I got stuck in some really VERY weird and difficult bit where Raiden was completely naked and running around this hangar with that General dude screaming at me in a strange voice to switch the console off!?!?! There didn't seem like anywhere to go, and there were enemies everywhere that I could only evade for so long before they minced me.
Confusing .... that Hideo Koshima has got some crazy stuff going on in his head.
Any help with this section?

	Increase Your PM Length

For that section, go up on the catwalks and head to the upper left (IIRC) go into the door then run back and forth in that hall for a good hour or two. The game then proceeds to the coolest part, with all the action, the sword, and the Metal gears... Fun!

And I liked MGS1 better, but it feels lame without all the new manuvers in MGS2.
And my personal record is beating the Hind on Extreme where only 2 shots would kill me! Yeehah!

'aven't played MGS2 yet (a downright shame, that is) but I have gone MGS1 through for several times (X, X, X ) and it's excellent... all the way to the music. The VR Training theme, the credits song and "Enclosure". *sniff*
