... supoposed to be building a settler? thats what case pink states (the first page).

unless we amended case pink, it should be building a settler just like apolyton...

Yes. Banana HQ needs to begin it's settler now if Blue City is to be built in time to help support our forces (16 free units rather than 12) and if it is going to become useful anytime before 10bc.

Another thing.
From the save game I gather we are breaking even in terms of money and an entertainer/scientist has been put in poly to prevent disorder. Puting the entertainer to work on whales again and putting luxuries up to 10% for the next two turns would also solve polys disorder and would mean we were getting one gold per turn and 2 food per turn for poly. If this had been done the previous turn instead of making an entertainer we would be 3gold and 6 food better off?

What about shields?

The whale tile gives an extra shiled but that won't make the settler any quicker.

Are shields carried over after things are built?

I was wondering about it because the shields may have been the reason for the change.
