Well you were wrong about one thing! I do have to worry about invasion! A floating worm mass just dropped off two mindworms near my base and I don't know if I can beat both of them back before my good units can get there! I hope so!

In a year of civil unrest sparked off by anti-expansionist protesters Chairman Lazerus issued a faction wide warning that martial law was now in place. Honest hardworking citizens should bask in the extra protection provided by an increased police force while the criminal element that has until now plagued several cities will soon be crushed was part of the speech that brought a standing ovation from nearly all of the 12million public who watched closely as it was broadcast over the comm-net.

The city of Luthien, in repelling the native lifeforms which the Data Angel has christened "mindworms," has lost much. Work on repairing the damage and restoring the lost population has begun, but it will take much time. The process would be helped if the new peace initiative is received warmly.
