The reason for the slowdown was due to the ice storm that went through a week ago, took down several trees and powerlines and it took our power company an entire week to get power back on in my apartment complex. I do apologize and hope that you don't think I did this on purpose because believe me, not having power for an entire week was awful! I ended up staying at a friends' house half the time mainly because of not having hot water, but it could get pretty cold as well. Some people have gone to the hospital because they were using kerosene heaters to keep warm at night and got carbon monoxide poisioning, I know at least one of them has died, maybe more than that.
