Need help with something pls...On the turn that I built the United Nations, I was given the option to vote for Secretery-General and said no. Now after a few turns and bribing a couple nations, I want to hold a vote. What do I do to activate that option again?

Thanks. I just thought there would be a button like in Alpha Centauri where at least I could to attempt to hold an election. Plus before the patch, I remember a popup coming up every turn for this. I'll have to admit that was pretty annoying but it kinda sux that I now have to wait for the game to ask me again after 20 turns.

just a point here : has anyone thought that Diplomatic victory as it is implemented in civ3 (i've never played civ2 or civ1) is way out of being realistic? Is today's Secretary General's country a leader in our world? Or even worse, do u realy think that UN has power over other kinds of coalitions like NATO or the G.8 ?
