ooh, that strat is weak on population, i even have 15% libs with those 20% homes.
you could drop some forts maybe...
But i have the same problem now, i need to make some room for hospitals, but don't know what to raze.

heh yea man, but our wars get pretty rough sometimes, we go all the way, unfortunately so do the others...

if we play against a bigger undead/faery kingdom we get our asses kicked, NM => grab 200+ acres
i retal, and i get like 80 acres or so even though the guy is 50k NW bigger than me (so he can get 200+ acres from me but not vice versa)

if we play against a smaller kingdom some guy whacks me for 240 acres, i retal and i get 120, and i have 82 with my troops out, i still get hit.. if we play against smaller kingdoms they usually oversend though, which makes it easier for me to grab em, but they still take more than i can get back...

it's been like this all age, my biggest grab is 190 acres, pure luck, cos my second biggest must have been something like 140-150 acres

My biggest grab was two days ago: 316 acres...with thanks to Eli and another Kd-mate for burning Forts and NM'ing
I had 236 two days before that...gotta love the Fortless Orcs!
