Outlook express and saved games Support Apolyton

Ok Solver I hope you do not think this is off topic i think this will help all players here.

Ok you have 5 games comming in and many other emails.
Here is the way you separate them all:

http://www.uq.net.au/~zzbarneg/CreatingEmaiRules.htm

Or here which ever you find easier to follow:

http://www.zerobeat.net/qrp/docs/outlookfolders.html

Now their way is great but it creates a step. If you highlight the email you want to separate then go to message, scroll down to create rule for message you are right there.

This should help to organize games and emails and highlight in color the games you moderate.

You can edit the rules and add game names if people change them ie: letthereberock or LTBR or let there be rock all and any referances to that game will go to your specified folder. Be careful not to put the person's email address in as a rule because they may send you other mail. Plus people in games change.

Got spare money?

Good work Pete

I use the folder stuff myself but manually distribute them there. I prefer everything passing from one folder (inbox) first for reading and then to the folders for archiving.

I would recommend using email rules for the outgoing emails too.
That of cource for people that keep their emails.

Great idea keygen it is a personal preferance but it is worth doing. I like the outgoing mail Idea I think that completes the circle
