I don't know but in Opera I see this. Do people using IE see the same?

Markos switched over to Mozilla about a month or so ago for his browsing. He made a couple changes to the site to make it more non-IE friendly. I have to give him credit for being one of the only ones to go out of their way with stuff like that.

Site owners in general. I am not saying the only one but as a user of a non-IE browser (and no I am not switching back) you get used to sites that only design for IE. Many sites have fatal code flaws in them that IE allows for but are not standards compliant. Nor are they very good design work. So you just kind of get used to it. But Markos has made sure that Poly can be viewed the same on many different browsers by staying to a degree standards complaint.

we not ie-friendly, we're not ie-not-friendly. we're trying to make the site work on all browsers.

I must say that the new anti-IE policy on Poly is awesome, or at least for a Mozilla user like me. There's not many Mozilla/Netscape dedicated websites out there anymore. Thanks, Markos! Let's keep up this new policy!

Using IE, Apolyton actually crashes on my computer after a while's browsing.
Not a problem, however, since I use Opera.

Netscape 4.xx is inefficient as all hell, NS 6.xx is bloatier than IE.

Guilty as charged, Asher - Netscape 4.7 is extremely slow for poly. IE 5.5 does the job.

If you do not want to use IE, give Mozilla (www.mozilla.org) or Opera (www.opera.com) a try. Dedicated to w3 standards, these browsers are very good.
