Finished May 24th, 2002.
I made this for the Bolivia civ in my Guerilla Tactics mod. Just made a hole in a tank and stuck my Guerillero in it (also had to change the tire guards).
I use it as an A/D/M of 12/8/3, a cost of 8, and the same pre's and req's as a Tank. Jandor uses it as a Flamethrower tank, but I don't know what stats he uses.
