Well, I don't know about you people, but I am building a site which already looks very good.
I am currently only concentrating on the visual design and structure, leaving actual content generating PHP code to a later date.
I am planning to make the site such, so that no knowledge of HTML or PHP what so ever is needed to enter new data.
The site's goal - allow everyone, even non participants to read.
So far it's structure is the following:
President's Office
President's Report
General report including the last turn chats, the current strategies and screenshots.
Vice President's Report
Yet another report, this time of the current polls and issues on the forum with links to them.
Game
Game save which can be downloaded.
Date for the next turnchat.
Archive of previous turnchat reports.
Historion's Office
All the history files about our great civilization.
Government
Military
Military report, including report of ingame advisor, screenshots of revelant matters, including military advisor screen. Access to secret military intelligence reports. 
Foreign
Foreign reprot about current trends and diplomatic relations with countries.. Detailed report about each known country. Screenshots of other countries. Access to secret intelligence reports.
Economy
Our current fiscal year in detail. ingame advisor screens. Screens of important resources. Plans for future.
Science
Scientific report including screenshots and detailed information about technology we own, we lack (compared to others) and which we are researching.
Imperial Expanstion
Report describing our next goals of expansion and suggested city locations. Note - this is secrefied
Public Works
Report on what our current workers are doing + screenshots. Reports on future plans. Reports on resources.
City Planner
Report by city planner about all cities + screenshots for each city. Screenshot of build queues.
High Court
Current Magistrates
Info of who are our current magistrates. Info of past magistrates and why were they let go.
Code of Laws
Our full code of laws.
Current Cases
Cases the court is now dealing with.
Full report about the verdict and process of recent case.
Past Cases
Archive of reports about previous cases.

How can you help?
If you're anyone involved in any official site making - let me know how can i help, or whether you want my site to be used.
If you're MarkG / DanQ - I need a PSD / PSP of the Apolyton logo to incorporate, and info as to the size and placement of banners.
If you're Snoopy - I need the original graphics from which you created the official avatars. I want to get all the original emblems in original (hopefully) large size, and insert them into the site.
