Database out of synche? Inflate your Upload Space

What the hell does this mean. When I try to join an internet multiplayer game, this message pops up and I can't play. However if I create a game, everything works.

It means that you or another player has modified the database files, and they don't match. For example installed a mod, or different mods on the computers. This will happen even if you simply modified your game to play to year 5000, but if the other player did not, then you won't be able to join their game. Yes you can host a game, but the same person probably can't join your game either.
