This is the Apolyton Civ2 Democracy Game. If you can call that "normal"...

AFAIK there is no downloadable AI in any Civ2 version. We are playing the MGE version (which has the nastiest AI).

and we never had a very high voter percentage...

Yeah,I was quite surprised when I saw the populationcount for the Civ3 DG --> almost 300 !!

we'll probably have to learnto live with it... (less ppl=easy to suppress )
