Problem with option 'Ask for build order' Support Apolyton, buy Galactic Civilizations: Deluxe Edition

Greetings

No matter if the 'Ask for build order after unit construction' option is on or off, that screen always shows up when some city finish any unit or building ! In other games, the same screen never shows up !

Seems in the start of a new game, he look the option and never check again ... very boring when you have 80+ cities and DONT WANT THAT SCREEN ANYMORE

This happen on patch 21f and 29f

Any idea??
